Tony is one of a few African Americans who is a trained sommelier, chef, certified wine & food pairing specialist, lecturer, writer, and international certified food & wine judge. He has over thirty-five years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Tony’s degrees and certifications include a Bachelor of Science from Widener University, Pro-Chef graduate from the CIA at Graystone, a graduate of the Napa Wine Academy, and trained as a chef in Germany.

His experience ranges from corporate business catering, chef for the NFL Philadelphia Eagles, motion picture catering, vineyard chef, an executive chef at two major country clubs (Germantown Cricket Club and Merion Golf Club). The world is my platform to create unique wine & food experiences.
